Established in 2018, Nuwwab Advisors’ ethos was to provide a reliable resource to meet the various needs of homeowners and real estate investors alike.  Providing a transparent intermediary between those stakeholders and construction professionals executing on their projects, Nuwwab is able to complement services provided by demolition teams, foundation teams, framers, plumbers, electricians, finishing activities, roofers and all others involved. 

Nuwwab Advisors was founded by Amr Hafez in Massachusetts.  After over 20 years as a consultant assisting pharmaceutical, financial, and eCommerce companies ramp up operations in preparation for going public or scaling operations, Amr excelled at process optimization and return maximization. 

But with a long standing passion for the real estate industry, Amr took his honed skills to Nuwwab to assist homeowners and investors.
